A disadvantage of the known pump is that the device for changing the conditional position of the cam ring does not provide for adjusting the piston position depending on the engine operation mode and thus does not ensure the optimum fuel advance angle. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a distribution fuel pump for an internal combustion engine, comprising a housing, a rotor with a plunger installed therein, a cam ring for interacting with the latter and changing the fuel supply moment, a booster pump, means for controlling the amount of fuel supplied, valve means controlling the outlet pressure of the booster pump and device for changing the angular position of the cam ring, including a cylinder connected to the booster pump with a piston loaded with a spring and equipped with a device for changing its position, made in the form of two stops with a variable distance between them by means of a rod and a spring placed between them while the rod is fixed on the stop of the piston, and the other is made in the form of an annular element to ensure the passage of the rod, the device for changing the angular position of the cam ring is additionally equipped with a spring mounted between the stop and the piston, the caps of the rod are annular with the shaft Protrusions fixed to the housing with a groove sleeve, inside which the annular shaft and the element are mounted, and a shaft with a slot placed inside the annular shaft, the annular element being further provided with protrusions for engaging with the grooves of the sleeve connected to the protrusions of the annular shaft with cam profiles , ycTynafM and recesses, and the rod is provided with a ring for interacting with the latter, a device for changing the position of the piston is provided with a lever transmission connecting the annular shaft with the means l controlling the amount of fuel injected by a slotted shaft is provided with a control lever for CIM.
